Refund Policy

Effective September 26, 2026 · Bundle version 2026-09-26

This Refund Policy applies to bandwidth purchases from InReach Proxies. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital bandwidth is delivered when credited

InReach sells digital network capacity. A purchase is delivered when payment is confirmed and the purchased bandwidth is credited to your account. Because the capacity can be used immediately and upstream costs may begin as soon as traffic is routed, purchases are generally final once credited.

2. When a refund may be available

We will provide refunds when required by applicable law. We may also refund or correct a charge after verifying that it was duplicated, unauthorized, charged for an incorrect amount, or that InReach failed to credit the purchased bandwidth and cannot correct the failure within a reasonable time.

Contact [email protected] promptly with the account email, approximate purchase time, amount, and Stripe receipt or order identifier. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or proxy credentials.

3. Generally non-refundable circumstances

Except where law requires otherwise, we do not refund or exchange:

  • bandwidth that has been credited, whether used, partially used, or unused;
  • mistaken quantity selections, changed plans, buyer’s remorse, or failure to use a balance;
  • usage caused by your application, retries, concurrency, leaked credentials, or account access;
  • destination blocks, CAPTCHAs, bans, rate limits, content changes, or incompatibility with a particular website or tool;
  • performance variations, unavailable exit IPs, or geolocation differences inherent in residential networks;
  • accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or violation of the Terms; or
  • third-party fees, currency conversion, taxes, or bank charges not collected by InReach.

Unused bandwidth has no cash value, is not transferable unless InReach expressly permits it, and cannot be redeemed for money.

4. Service credits

For a verified InReach service failure that does not qualify for a cash refund, we may choose to restore bandwidth or issue a service credit. A discretionary credit is not an admission of liability and does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in another case.

5. Payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate quickly. Nothing in this Policy limits your right to report an unauthorized or incorrect charge to your payment provider. Knowingly making a false claim or using a chargeback to avoid paying for delivered bandwidth violates the Terms and may result in suspension.

6. How approved refunds are handled

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Processing time is controlled by Stripe, your bank, and the card network. Any bandwidth associated with a refunded or reversed payment may be removed from the account, including from future credits if already consumed.
