Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Effective September 26, 2026 · Bundle version 2026-09-26

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and InReach Proxies (“InReach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your account, the InReach website, dashboard, software interfaces, proxy credentials, relay network, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By checking the acceptance box and signing in, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

2. The Service

InReach sells access measured by residential bandwidth, not ownership of any IP address or a guaranteed number of proxies. After eligible bandwidth is credited, you may generate credentials using the controls available in your account. A single residential balance may be consumed across the upstream providers available through InReach. Exit IPs, geographic availability, routing, speed, latency, compatibility, and session duration can change because residential networks and third-party providers are dynamic.

Displayed network size, location coverage, performance, or similar figures are estimates or upstream-provider information, not a promise that any particular exit, location, website, or performance level will be available at a given moment. Mobile products are not included unless InReach expressly offers them under separate product terms.

3. Account and credential security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and proxy credentials. Keep credentials confidential, use accurate account information, maintain control of your Google account and linked services, and notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, publish, share broadly, or transfer credentials unless InReach has expressly authorized that use. We may rotate or revoke credentials to protect the Service or respond to compromise.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful activity that you are authorized to perform. You must also follow the rules of websites, networks, platforms, and data sources you access. You may not use or help others use the Service to:

  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, devices, or data;
  • commit fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, identity theft, payment abuse, or deceptive activity;
  • create, deliver, control, or conceal malware, ransomware, botnets, exploits, malicious code, or command-and-control traffic;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, manipulate engagement, or evade anti-abuse systems;
  • launch denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, destructive scanning, or activity that degrades a service;
  • bypass access controls, security safeguards, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or bans where doing so is unlawful or unauthorized;
  • scrape, collect, sell, or process personal, confidential, copyrighted, or regulated data without a lawful basis and all required permissions;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm another person, or access or distribute child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; or
  • violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, court orders, or binding third-party terms.

High request volume is not prohibited by itself, but you must configure automation responsibly and must not impair InReach, an upstream provider, or a destination. We may investigate suspected abuse, rate-limit traffic, suspend credentials, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with providers or lawful authorities when reasonably necessary.

5. Bandwidth measurement and enforcement

InReach meters authenticated traffic through its relays. Both upload and download bytes count toward the applicable balance. Protocol overhead and the way a connection closes may cause measured usage to differ from a file’s stated size. Our metering and accounting records control for billing and balance purposes unless you show a material error.

The relay reserves small portions of available quota while connections are active and settles actual consumption when they close. Access may be rejected or terminated when the available balance is exhausted. You are responsible for limiting applications, concurrency, retries, and credentials so they do not consume more bandwidth than intended.

6. Purchases, taxes, and payment processing

Prices and product eligibility are shown before checkout. Charges are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. You authorize the processor to charge the selected amount and represent that you may use the payment method. Taxes, duties, bank fees, and currency-conversion fees may apply. Bandwidth is credited only after InReach receives reliable payment confirmation. Browser redirects alone do not confirm payment.

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may lead to suspension, reversal of credits, collection of amounts owed, and recovery of reasonable costs, without limiting a consumer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

7. License and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, InReach grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dashboard and Service for your internal lawful purposes. This is a license, not a sale. InReach and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, circumvent, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

8. Availability and third-party services

The Service depends on residential networks, cloud infrastructure, identity, payment, email, security, and upstream proxy providers. We may maintain, change, replace, restrict, or discontinue features or providers. Unless we sign a separate service-level agreement, the Service is provided on a best-effort basis and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

InReach is not responsible for destination-site decisions, including blocks, challenges, bans, content, or terms. You are responsible for determining whether a destination and your use of it are suitable and lawful.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, revoke credentials, or restrict traffic if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay, abused a provider or destination, or threatened Service availability. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-urgent issue. Immediate action may be necessary for abuse, fraud, security, legal requests, or operational harm.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” INREACH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ANONYMOUS, COMPATIBLE WITH A PARTICULAR DESTINATION, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC IP, LOCATION, SPEED, OR RESULT WILL BE AVAILABLE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INREACH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INREACH DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InReach and its personnel and suppliers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your traffic, content, unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by InReach’s own unlawful conduct.

13. General terms

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the Service unless we sign a separate agreement.

Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections are not waived. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. The governing-law, venue, and dispute procedures applicable to InReach will be those required by applicable law unless the parties validly agree otherwise in writing.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service, providers, law, or risk changes. The effective date and bundle version appear above. Material changes require acceptance of a new bundle before a new authenticated session is issued. Continued use after that acceptance means the revised Terms apply prospectively.
